01-Feb-2013 | Home Hill Winery, situated in Tasmania's Huon Valley, just 30 minutes south of Hobart, has been awarded the "Best Pinot Producer of the Year" at the Tasmanian Wine Show 2013.

The Winery won three trophies for the 2010 Home Hill Kelly's Reserve Pinot Noir including Best Pinot Noir, Best 3 year old Pinot Noir and Best red wine.

Home Hill is a Tasmanian Boutique Vineyard, Winery, and Restaurant offering great wine and a feast of delicious Tasmanian delicacies - gourmet recipes made from good fresh country ingredients. Home Hill produces a Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sylvaner, Sparkling Cuvee and a Late Harvest Sticky wine.

The venue has been sculpted with rammed earth, hardwood timber and polished cement, capturing the elements of the environment, and in particular the beautiful colours and textures of the Huon Valley.

"We wanted to bring the natural beauty of the surrounding Vineyard and country side to the Dining experience," said owner Rosemary Bennett.

Home Hill is available as an offsite dinner venue for groups of up to 150 delegates, wine tastings and business lunches.
