26-Jun-2012 | If not, good news… The Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC) has been successful in their grant application to the Federal Government's Strategic Tourism Investment Grant (STIG) process under the "Welcoming Chinese Visitors" program.

ATEC is part of the consortium that has been awarded $600,000 under the STIG program to deliver an accredited training program to industry for national certification in being China Ready.

This Australia National China Ready certification program will link in with the Global China Ready & Accredited Program, ensuring that Australian businesses are at the forefront globally in welcoming Chinese visitors to Australia.
