Majesty in Wineglass
15-Aug-2012 | Tasmanian Air Adventures clients were treated to a wonderful sight on their Majestic Wineglass Bay Tour this month when they were greeted by two humpback whales just 20 metres offshore in the iconic crescent bay.
The tour is an idyllic way for delegates to see and experience Tasmania's East Coast pre, post or even during a conference. The Tour departs Hobart's waterfront, within walking distance of many of the major conference venues, and takes in views of Maria and Schouten Islands' before arriving at Wineglass Bay on the Freycinet Peninsula. The sea plane then makes a smooth water landing in one of the Peninsula's beautiful bays before the pilot brings the aircraft to a stop on one of the National Park's white sandy beaches. Here clients enjoy refreshments while taking in this world renowned landscape.
This premium experience can cater for up to 6 passengers at one time.
