On the Sales Team Calendar
26-Jun-2012 | In July, the Sales Team will be out and about representing members and generating sales leads at the following events:
Sales Calls in Sydney and MelbourneSarah Thomas will be conducting appointments in both Melbourne and Sydney with Corporate Meeting and Incentive clients from 2 - 5 July. Sarah will be following up on hot leads already generated to coax potential events across the line and also meeting with new potential clients to ensure that Tasmania is at the forefront in their decision making processes for future events.
The Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association (TFGA) Conference
Launceston 11-13 July
Krystal Anderson will be representing the Business Events Industry to the Tasmanian Farmers & Graziers Association at their conference at the Launceston Country Club from July 11-13. Krystal will be looking to uncover business events in this sector that may be hosted in the state in the future. Once a lead is uncovered, the business development team will encourage 'local hosts/champions' to put Tasmania forward as a destination and assist them with bid preparation to win the event.
Associations Forum, Conference and Tradeshow
Brisbane 25-27 July
The Associations Forum is the leading organisation for training and educating the not-for-profit sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. They exist to facilitate the sharing of knowledge, information and experience among their members, those of which include professional associations and industry bodies, charities and special cause groups.
Claire Harrington and Krystal Anderson will be in attendance at the conference in Brisbane next month, representing our members and Tasmania with over 200 Association Conference Organisers. We want to ensure that they are considering Tasmania for their next business event!
